Q:- DO MY CARCASES COME FLAT PACKED OR ASSEMBLED?
ANS:- All our carcases are sent out flat packed
Q:- I HAVE A QUESTION REGARDING A CERTAIN CARCASE ORDERED VIA THE WEBSHOP, WHO CAN I CONTACT?
ANS:-Woodvenu can be emailed or contacted by phone. We endeavour to answer our customers and answer any questions which are asked of us promptly. Woodvenu have vast experience in Furniture Manufacturing, Design, Fitting and Knowledge of Products.
Q:-WILL I RECEIVE A DELIVERY NOTE?
ANS:- We enclose a picking list for all items delivered.
Q:- WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I AM NOT AROUND WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?
ANS:- All items need to be signed for. We will not leave any items without a signature. You will be contacted prior to delivery to finalise arrangements.
Q:- HOW LONG AM I WAITING FOR MY CARCASES ONCE ORDERED?
ANS:- Orders are dispatched within 10 working days. There will be a longer lead time for off standard colours, which you will be made aware of prior to placing your order. You will be updated via e-mail on the progress of your order.
Q:-WHAT ARE THE DELIVER COSTS?
ANS:- If your order value is €500 (excl. VAT) or more, the delivery charge is €25 anywhere in Ireland. Orders below this will be charged €70 for delivery.
Q:- CAN WOODVENU DELIVER?
ANS:- Yes Woodvenuwill either deliver with our own transport or products will be sent fully packaged on pallets with a reputable transport company.
