ANS:- Woodvenu customers can place an order any time of day or night on our easy to use webshop. Simply Register with Woodvenu as a customer to use our online shop and avail of discounts and offers which will appear regularly to our online customers.
Q:- If I have any changes to make to an order placed on Webshop can I amend it and who can I contact?
ANS:- We will endeavour to accommodate our customers whenever possible, in this case Woodvenu would need to be contacted by either email or phone within 24hrs of the order being placed to amend any purchases on our web shop.
Q:- Can Woodvenu deliver?
ANS:- Yes Woodvenu delivers the majority of products with their own transport. In certain circumstances products will be sent fully boxed on pallets with reputable transport company.
Q:- How long am I waiting for my carcases once ordered?
ANS:- All orders are dispatched within 10 working days. There will be a longer lead time for off standard colours.
Q:- I have a question regarding a certain carcase ordered via the webshop, who can I contact?

Q:- Do my carcases come flat packed or assembled?
ANS:- All our carcases are sent out flat packed
Q:- Can I buy my drawer systems from Woodvenu?
ANS:- Yes you can in the accessories’ section. They come soft closing as standard
Q:- Will Woodvenu benefit my company?
ANS:- Yes Woodvenu will mean you spending less time in workshop constructing carcases, saving money on the costs of running a workshop and paying staff. It also means you have more time for making sales.
